Christmas Day 2010...

This huge stocking was filled with gifts from grandma and grandpa Carsey.

An inflatable ball pit from uncle Kellen and aunt Courtney.

This is just from Santa and grandma and grandpa Jordison.

Loves jewlery.

This year on Christmas day both my parents and Jake's parents came over to see Brinley open her gifts on Christmas morning. She was a little concerned at first, why is everyone here when I just woke up, type of scared. She quickly warmed up as soon as I gave her a Caboodle full of toddler necklaces and bracelets. After an hour and a half of opening up gifts from us, Santa, and grandma and grandpa Jordison, everyone left so we could get ready. We then went to my parents house for breakfast and to open up gifts from my family. We were so exhausted by 1:30, we decided to head home for a nap. Brinley was tired too, she took a 2 1/2 hour nap. We then just relaxed and watched Brinley have fun with all of her new toys. She was so fun this year, I can't wait til next year.

Christmas Eve...

This year Christmas Eve was at Jake's parent's house. It was nice having it there cause it is so close to our house. Jake's grandparents were in town from Palm Springs so they got to spend some time with Brinley. She was a little crabby cause she was getting four teeth at the same time ( the last before her two year molars). She got a baby doll from grandma and grandpa Jordison and some clothes from grandma and grandpa Anderson and some clothes, a bracelet, and toy from aunt Kaydee.

Carsey Christmas Party...

This year we had our annual Carsey Christmas party at my dad's sisters house the week before Christmas. It is nice having it then so we are not running around to so many places in two days. Brinley was so funny when everyone was opening up their gifts, she was so interested in what everyone else got she didn't really care about her own gifts. She was much more interested in the older kids gifts, my grandma's jewlery and the ornaments on the tree.

Zoo Lights...

We took Brinley to the zoo lights the day after they opened. We went last year and had a really good time. The weather was perfect and not very cold. She loved running around seeing the animals. Her favorite was the carousel that she went on with grandma Carsey.

Seeing Santa...

This is the BEST we could do!

This year we took Brinley to see Santa at South Town Mall the Santa there is not so scary looking! Last year at 5 months se didn't care, but this year at 17 months was a different story. First of all she wasn't scared of him, she just wanted nothing to do with sitting. She didn't want to sit still on my lap or his. All she wanted to do was play with the ornaments on the trees. Maybe next year.

Thanksgiving 2010...

This year for Thanksgiving we had dinner at my parent's house then went to Jake's aunt's for dessert. We had dinner with his family the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I was on call for the holiday and had to work that morning. Then got called back in at 4pm so Jake took Brinley to his aunt's house by himself. I only had to work a couple of hours, so it wasn't that bad.

Discovery Gateway Gym...

Brinley loves to play at the Discovery Gym. They have all sorts of different sections for the kids to play in. Her favorite sections are the grocery store, the house, and the water toys sections. I love taking her there cause I can just let her loose!

Halloween 2010...

Her kitty cat outfit she had on under her costume.

Decided to sit on someone's porch and eat a kit kat.

On Halloween night we stopped over at Jake's grandparents house so they could see Brinley in her costume before we went trick-or-treating at my parents. We had Brinley all dressed up in her costume with her basket in hand and had her knock on the door while we said tick-or-treat. Great grandma and grandpa answered the door and put some candy in her basket, which she thought was the coolest thing. We had home made chili and dessert before heading out. When we arrived at my parents house, we did the same thing. Again, Brinley thought it was so cool. We let her have a little piece of candy before my mom and I took her to a couple of their neighbors houses. Every thought she was so funny walking around in her lamb costume with her basket in her little hand.

Gardner Village Part 2.....

Rubbing the goats horn.

Just standing up after she sat on this goat.

My mom and I took Brinley to see the witches at Gardner Village again. Brinley had such a good time the week before when we went with our friends I wanted to take her again. My mom wanted to see the decorations and start Christmas shopping too. This time there wasn't as many people as the week before, so Brinley was able to run around and see more of the witches. I took her inside of the little petting zoo to pet the animals and she was infatuated with the goats. She thought one of them was a chair so she decided to sit on it and yank on its horns.
