The Zoo....

Over Labor Day weekend we took Brinley to the zoo. She had so much fun seeing all of the animals and making noises at them. We thought she would just sit in the stroller but that was a mistake. She wanted to RUN through the entire zoo. I think by the end of the day we were more exhausted then she was.

Valentine's Day....

On Sunday night Jake and I went to Market Street for a wonderful dinner. Grandma and grandpa Jordison watched Brinley for us. That night they gave her her Valentine's gift, a book, a huge mini mouse coloring book, a shirt and a pair of mini mouse jammies. The next day, Jake and I both had the day off. My parents stopped by to give Brinley her gift. They gave her some stickers, jelly shoes, a jacket, and an outfit. We gave her our gift as well. We gave her a sit on car, books, stickers, an outfit, a mini mouse blanket, and a princess picture frame. As she opened up her gifts she would say "cool" or "wow" and get so excited!

Zermatt Resort and Wasatch State Park...

Over Labor Day weekend we took Brinley to hang out with grandma and grandpa Jordison at Zermatt Resort and Wasatch Park. She loved the carousel so much we had to ride it 5 times. She also had a good time feeding, more like chasing the ducks.

California....

I am so behind on my blogging! In August we took Brinley to see my family in California and we made a stop at Disneyland too. We drove so we could take our time and stayed the first night in St. George then got to Newport Beach the next day. There was no way I was taking my wild 13 month old (at the time) on an airplane! We had such a good time. Brinley did great and had a BLAST at disneyland. She really loved the sand and the ocean.

Brinley's 1st Birthday Party...

I can't believe my baby is a year old already! She turned 1 on July 7, so we had her party on July 10 at my parents house. We had all of our family and friends there for the big party.

Easter Pictures...

Last Saturday we took Brinley to Highlite Photography at Gardner Village to have her Easter pictures taken. They had live bunnies at the shoot for Easter. I thought this was a cute and different idea. Brinley loved the bunnies! She tried to grab them and wanted to put them in her mouth. We got some wonderful pictures, it was hard to choose.

Ears Peirced....

So I finally did it! I took Brinley a couple of weeks ago to get her ears peirced. She did great. She only cried for a few minutes, no longer than when she gets her shots. She looks so dang cute with her little diamond earrings in.

8 Months Old...

I can't believe that my baby is 8 months old! WOW, how time flies. She is getting so big . She can do so many things like; sit all by herself, feed her self finger foods, hold her own bottle, smile at everything, laugh, roll all over the place, get to her belly from a sitting position, has her two bottom teeth, slither on her belly backwards ( hasn't quite figured out how to crawl ). She is the happiest baby I have ever seen! Always laughing and smiling. She loves to go shopping and sit in the cart, go for walks, play in her Jumperoo, and hang out with her mom and dad. She sleeps from 7pm until 6am and takes two naps. Her morning nap she will sleep between 2-3 hours and her afternoon nap will sleep between 1 1/2-2 hours. She has the best personality. I just love and adore this little princess.

Lumpy's Downtown

On Saturday night, Jake and I went to Lumpy's for my brother Kyle's birthday. It was the first time we have left Brinley over night. We left her at my mom's house and she did wonderful! We had a great time. It was nice to see all of my brothers friends. I am still trying to recoperate after our late night and a few drinks.
